Superb foliage plants in a variety of shapes and sizes

Height: Up to 3ft

Hardiness: Fully Hardy

Propagation: Not so easy to grow from seed, divide clumps in spring

Notes: The ultimate in ground cover, colour ranges from glaucus blue to golden and all shades and variegations in between.
Prone to slug and snail damage, use slug pellets if you like to murder thrushes and hedgehogs, alternatively grow Hosta in pots and encourage frogs by having a pond, which by coincidence is the ideal setting for Hosta.
